PREMIER CHILLED Solutions can base six vehicles and six trailers at the Oakland International site in Seafield Lane, Redditch subject to conditions: • vehicles authorised under this licence must not reverse or manoeuvre at any time along Seafield Lane; • there will be no operation, movement, loading or unloading of authorised vehicles and trailers before 6am and after 9pm Mondays to Fridays; before 8am and after 6pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Any exception must be for emergency work only: this is defined as work that is sporadic in nature, not pre-booked and not requested more than 24 hours in advance of when the vehicle needs to be used. In all circumstances when this exception is used, a full written record of when and why the work was requested, including the nature of the work must be made. Such records will be kept for six years and be made available, on request, to Vosa or the traffic commissioner; • vehicles authorised under this licence must not park at any time on Seafield Lane;

• vehicles authorised under this licence will enter and leave the operating centre in forward gear only.
