Leasing, a subsidiary of Southern Water, has appointed John Edwards as sales and marketing director, responsible for developing standard and specialised vehicle contract hire accounts in the private and public sectors.
Topmark is based at Brighton but Edwards will work from a new operating centre in the Midlands.
