• South Wales Deputy LA Gerrard Sullivan has warned AP Transport (Gwent) that he may close it down if its vehicles continued to collect prohibition notices.

Managing director Andrew Powell said the vehicle concerned had been inspected on 20 December. The first prohibition was issued in January, and cleared 24 hours later. It was again prohibited for the same fault on 12 February, and repaired the next day.
