Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEWHAVEN docks have been closed and it is not yet known when they will re-open.

A Spanish articulated container lorry, carrying tomatoes, was crossing the linkspan last Sunday to get on to a ferry. The wires on the linkspan snapped, causing the lorry to jacknife and fall in the harbour. The Spanish driver was killed.

Lorry drivers have been told to use the Dover and Folkestone ferries, but to add to the problems there is a dispute at Calais.
