BILKERS BEWARE. The new London Licensed Taxi Driver o the Year, who won the title in t Dunlop competition at Crystal Palace, is an enthusiast for the martial arts. Paul Hodge of Wickford, Essex, had been driving a London taxi for only four months when he beat 44 other finalists and took home £600 as well as a cabful of tyret and trophies.
His proud mum will polish th silver, and Paul will put the priz money towards a new cab.
