A NEW motorway link has been proposed as part of a Government promoted study of how to regenerate Bathgate, West Lothian after the Leyland Trucks factory closes there.
Scottish Secretary George Younger has promised support for the recommendations of the study group, which include major local road improvements and a new junction on the M8 Edinburgh-Glasgow road.
