Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MINIATURE versions of IATA and IMCO hazardous goods labels have been produced by R. A. Bowdidge, the Essex safety company. The labels are small and can be attached to shipping documents for at-aglance recognition of the cargo's hazards.

The labels conform to IATA and IMCO graphics and colours, the only difference is the size — 12.7 x 12.7mm (0.5 x 0.5in). They are self-adhesive and come in rolls of 1,000 at a price of £9.50 plus vat.
