Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PETTER Refrigeration of Hamble, Hampshire, has launched a new trailer fridge unit designated the 6500. The 6.5kW(8.7bhp) extraction capa city unit has been designed to allow the maximum use of load volume, even on trailers fitted with an 80mm(3.25in) front bulkhead. Overall weight of the unit is 975kg(19.2cwt).

The Petter 6500 has a revised "fork lift" frame construction, which supports the compo nents without surrounding them. Power is supplied by a four-cylinder diesel engine fitted with a Petter 19-litre (4.2gal) sump and a large element oil filter to extend service intervals to 1,000 hours.

The engine automatically cuts to half speed when the working temperature is reached and a driver-controlled environmental override switch allows a halfspeed option to minimise noise.

An electric motor is fitted to the unit which is coupled to the engine by a centrifugal clutch.

By using a system of crankcase pressure regulators mounted on the compressor, the power of the diesel unit is not restricted.

To simplify connection to electric mains power throughout Europe, the Petter 6500 has an automatic phase detector to prevent the high capacity electric motor from running backwards.

Drive to all components is by V-belts, which Petter claims are easily accessible and readily available throughout Europe. Petter also offers a first-aid kit of belts and other easily replaceable items for long-distance operators.
