Power for the vehicle is from a Valmet 611 CHS engine which has a DIN output of 173 bhp (127 kW). This power unit is matched with an Allison MT 650 automatic transmission. Both axles are Sisu's own design, the front one being its 6 ton BEL model and the rear its 10 ton ATK. Wheelbase is 5.5 m.
