PARK and ride buses provided for Southampton football fans have been such a success that the council proposes to run them for the rest of the season.
Operated between a city car park on the site of a redundant heliport and the Dell football ground, they have been operated on Saturdays when the local team has played at home.
The only change proposed is for the parking charge — the bus ride is free — to be raised to 30p.
