Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW ro-ro terminal at Immingham Dock has been given the go-ahead by the British Transport Docks Board.

To be built at the dock's south-west arm, the new terminal will be operated as a common user freight facility and is expected to open around the end of next year.

Humber ports director Ken Bantock said: "We have been talking with potential users of the new terminal for some time, and an announcement of the first customer is imminent."

The original Immingham ro-ro terminal which was opened 12 years ago,-has since been extended and caters for 11 sailings each week to Denmark, Holland, Sweden, and Norway,
