Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EMPHASIS on easy access and egress: that is a prime feature of the layout of new vans (below) designed for British Railways' local delivery work. Based on Bedford J3L chassis, with Hawson front ends, 86 have been ordered. The cab provides a big area for the driver, so that he has unobstructed entrance on both sides.

Bodywork is by Redhill Bodies Ltd. and Golmet No-Gap roller shutters are fitted at the rear. Transparent glass-fibre forms the main roof panelling, and the small twin wheels call for only small wheelboxes.

To provide for the payload capacity of four tons, helper springs are fitted and tyre ratings have been adjusted. Timber-filled aluminium rubbing rails are standard and integral step/rear bumpers are providedin conjunction with handrails at both sides.
