ENCOURAGE ROAD TRANSPORT, SAYS I.R.F.
A RECOMMENDATION that every I-Icountry should devote a proportion of its capital resources to the development of road transport was put forward at the annual meeting, last week, of the European and Eastern Zone of the International Road Federation.
It was agreed that rather than impose artificial restrictions on road transport, it was in a country's interests to encourage it.
