Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Airfreight haulier Saints Transport has paid tribute to long-standing staff member Ken Tilley, who died following a heart attack last month.

Quality manager Ken had worked for Heathrow-based Saints Transport for more than 40 years, and the company says he was part of the “inner circle” involved with all customers, suppliers and staff.

Vice-chairman of Saints Transport Piers Carroll says: “Within the firm he was as legendary for his faux pas as he was for his humour, loyalty, kindness and dedication. The hole he leaves behind will, in all truthfulness, never be filled. He was truly a one-of-a-kind character, and one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet.”
