Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ENERGY GROUP Total has launched an electronic toll card for LCiVs which is designed to reduce delays in France.

Once fitted to a truck's windsereen, the card automatically deals with toll payments, superseding the Caplis card system.

Total says users will receive a single bill regardless of how many toll networks they have used. However, the Total system will still list all network toll data for management purposes and simplified VAT recovery.

Bruno Leroy of Total says:"We welcome any existing or new customers to approach us for advice about making the easy transition to this convenient new technology" Total plans to roll out its LGV electronic toll card across Europe by 2009.

• LCV electronic toll devices will replace the Caplis card. which will be phased out by March 2008.
