Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The new president-elect proposed the toast to the guests at the SRPTA dinner at the annual conference—held this year for the first time at Aviemore after 14 years at Turnberry. The Association has decided to stay at Aviemore for next year's conference—though there were some who hankered to return to the former venue.

The decision must have been heavily affected by this year's experiences. Added to the usual SRPTA blend of happy informality and efficient organization was: a paper that looked a little dull in print but sparkled into stimulating life when delivered by Professor Paterson; a weather record of sun-drenched days in the midst of the glorious Cairngorms scenery; and enough snow left on the tops to draw members away up to the ski slopes. Oh yes—plus golf, swimming, ice skating, ten-pin bowling. Do I sound like a travel brochure? Quite right too.
