• Road and personal safety equipment manufacturer Johnstone Safety has awarded BRS Western a five-year contract to supply and manage its commercial vehicle fleet.
The contract hire deal is worth £120,000 a year, and
Johnstone says it is £250,000 cheaper than buying its own vehicles. BRS's Oxford branch is supplying five Volvo FL10 tractive units with Cartwright curtain-sided trailers for the deal, painted in Johnstone's red and black livery.
