Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ Following the sale of Ribble Motor Services to its management, the company's coaching fleet has gone to Merseyside independent Amberline.

The 25 coaches involved are in National Express livery and services will continue to be run for National Express by Amberline. A spokesman for Amberline says that 22 of its staff have now undergone National Express training.

No Ribble staff have been taken on by Amberline, which owns some 55 vehicles including 12 double deckers and already runs services on contract to National Express. CI United Transport Buses which operates Zippy minibuses in Preston and its sub

urbs, has concluded an agreement with Ribble Motor Services that from Sunday 13 March, Ribble will take over the Zippy network.

Under the agreement, Ribble is taking over the UTB fleet of 75 minibuses to operate them out of its own depot still in the Zippy livery.

A large part of the Zippy service network will be retained, but there will be some rationalisation with Ribble's existing services.

UTB says it will be concentrating on its Bee Line Buzz mini-bus operation in Manchester. An inter-garaging agreement with Ribble will enable the company to move into the north of the city.
