Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I AM the proud owner of a Fox van, and after reading Bill Brock's article in Commercial Motor, January 28, I felt I must put pen to paper. His report was so unbelievable to me, I am wondering whether indeed you were testing a Fox van, it sounded as if you were talking about a completely different vehicle. Both myself and my wife are extremely pleased with our Fox.

You have little or nothing good to say about it. You also contradict yourself in implying the steering leaves a lot to be desired, and then you go on to say how good the lock is because it enables you to do a Uturn in a single movement on a standard two-lane road.

Also, any van has wheel arches and a spare wheel in the rear of the van, so I must have missed the point of your statement of this fact.

Neither I nor my wife (and we are not slim) find the seats small or uncomfortable. The gear lever is also of a comfortable height for easy uSe.

You overlook that the van can also be used as a pick-up or with a soft top, thereby giving you three vehicles in one, another good feature.

I do not feel you have given this vehicle a fair report, and so would like to wish Reliant all success with the Fox — it should prove to be a good, resonably priced British vehicle.
