DECISIONS of the Metropolitan LA, Mr.

D. I. Muir, on applications by Forwarding Transport Services (London) Ltd., and J. T. Luderman and Son Ltd., were announced this week.

Forwarding applied for the addition to an A licence of three articulated vehicles and three trailers on the surrender of one flat including a container. Two flats including containers were authorized with a normal user of meat anc frozen foods within 200 miles.

Mr. Muir granted the substitute application and one additional vehicle from June 1.

Luderman applied for a new A licence on the surrender of existing A licences authorizing twc articulated vehicles with a normal user of genera goods, mainly within 40 miles, and one fla with a normal user of building materials, timber machinery, beer imports and exports to anc from London docks and within 100 miles.

The firm sought to put the same vehicles m A licence but for the flat to be used with a con tamer at 21 tons unladen and a new normal use for all vehicles of mainly meat and frozen food within 200 miles.

Mr. Muir granted two vehicles of the applicant's choice.
