INDIVIDUAL members of the RHA longdistance group will have to make up their own minds on how the year's increase in costs has affected them and adjust their rates accordingly, says the group's chairman, Mr. 3. E. Kirby, in his annual report. This, he says, could lead to more accurate rates than the former "blanket" method.
