REFRIGERATED operators have turned down proposals for a British branch of Transfrigoroute-Europe. It is felt that most operators would derive no immediate benefit from the formation of a trading group operating in the same way as Continental refrigerated transport co-operatives. Another difficulty is that the RHA constitution precludes the establishment of trading groups of members.
Individual members, however, are being encouraged to apply for membership of Transfrigoroute-Europe (Konigsberger Str. 1, 6 Frankfurt/Main—Hausen, Federal Republic of Germany).
