EAST Lothian District Counci would like to see Edinburgh' bus services extended inn their area, particularly n Musselburgh and perhap even to Prestonpans, Cock enzie and Tranent.
This is one of the the point raised in a transport policie and programmes document ti be submitted to Lothian Re gional Council: East Lothian have beet asked to submit their views fo inclusion in the region's nex transport policies documen which will outline proposal for the coming year.
At a meeting of the distric planning and developmen committee in Paddington councillors agreed that the should also discuss the tran sport situation at the nex meeting of the Association o District Councils.
