G. Beaton and Son. Ltd.. made a profit of £53,709 last year. A sum of E20,000 was allocated to general reserve and a 15-per-cent. dividend plus a 7'7-per-cent, bonus was paid. A balamie of £7,834 was carried forward.

Dividends for the year total 171/2 Per cent, on capital increased by a three-for-two free scrip issue.
