Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

to be marketed by 1-1 Fox Inventions Ltd., of Leicester, is intended primarily for users of small commercial vehicles, including tradesmen and maintenance and service engineers.

The Fox Filrack employs special triangular end-plates which are secured to the rain-water gutter running round the vehicle roof. Since no part of theload is ever applied to the comparatively weak roof panel, risk of damage is avoided. All parts of the Filrack are heavily proofed against corrosion: the triangular plates are protected by a tough grey coating of nylon and the clips which secure them are p.v.c. dipped, The parts of the rack which come into contact with the vehicle have resilient coatings, thus protecting the paintwork of the vehicle.

Adjustment of the width and height of the rack is simple, and it can be removed from the vehicle easily by slackening the nut securing the fixing clip at either end.

The Filrack units, available singly or in pairs, comprise two end-plates, fixing clips and a telescopic. cross-rail of 1* in. diameter.
