MCKENNA Plant Hire (Oxford) has been given the go-ahead to base 14 vehicles and two trailers at a site in London Road, Wheatley, Oxford. It can also keep one vehicle at Durham L,eys Farm in Marsh Baldon, Oxford subject to undertakings.
• Peter Murphy (director) and Mark Dyos (nominated transport manager) need to complete a two-day Road Haulage Association (RHA) transport manager CPC refresher course; • Murphy must complete a one-day RHA 0-licence awareness course; • compliance with the requirements of the 0-licence will be audited by a trade association, transport consultant or a solicitor experienced in 0-licencing compliance within six months of December 2012 and every 12 months from then on. Copies of the audit reports shall be made available to Vosa and the office of the TC at any time upon request; • the operator will provide the course certificates/ evidence of completion of the courses by all of the individuals as required by the undertakings.
