This design (right) scooped first prize in tl competition, although it's certainly not ot favourite. Flexibility is the main design elt with the focus on allowing the structure tc expand or contract depending on the size load.The truck is composed of a front trac unit and a rear 'spider' trailer,which holds the load.The legs look like an engineerin nightmare and would be raised and lower using hydraulics.It looks very attractive,b completely impractical of course.
