PSA HAS revealed the next generation of its Citroen Berlingo and Peugeot Partner highcube vans, which effectively created the
sector in 1996. To fill the gap between the new Nemo/Bipper and the recently enlarged Dispatch/Expert the new van is slightly larger than the current model; about 250mm longer with 10% more load volume. A new flexible seating arrangement makes room for three occupantsfor the f irst time in this sector.
When it goes on sale in the second half of the year, the new model will be sold alongside limited variants of its predecessor in selected markets, probably including the UK.
We expect to have seen the new van in the metal in time to bring you more news in the 24 January issue of Commercial Motor.
