Although I did speak to him at another firm, I now have no idea where he is—it is very worrying for us.'' The phone to Euro-Freight's base has been disconnected and Biggins' former business contacts are saying they have no idea where he is.

Biggins previously ran another freight forwarding business, Euro-Forwarding, from the same address in Corsham. This collapsed in 1998 owing several hauliers thousands of pounds.

At the time Biggins told CM that he was "simply employed as a traffic clerk by Euro-Freight in Corsham" even though he was listed as the firm's director at Companies House.

All attempts to contact Biggins by CM have drawn a blank.
