Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Faced with a need for specialist car transportation, most operators would opt for a vehicle based on a conventional goods chassis. Swedish company Certigo, from Malmo, offers an alternative in the shape of its car-derived product. The conversion consists of a twin rear axle carrying a cargo box measuring 5.5m long, 2.5m wide and 1.94m high, with a payload of some 2,000kg. The model pictured is based on a Saab, but Audi versions are also available.

Air suspension allows a shallow approach angle to accommodate even the lowest-riding exotic machinery Satellite navigation and in-cab e-mail help to ensure accurate and secure deliveries.

With a plated weight under 3,500kg, the Certigo transporter's claimed benefits are principally related to exemption from the speed, Customs and working hours legislative controls applicable to larger trucks.
