Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• hilt a marvellous placA. 1,infoods' new distribution I centre at Wellingborough is:

very clean and modern, some might say futuristic, with security passes for everyone and not a piece of litter in sight.

For drivers delivering there, the booking-in system is just as impressive. Drivers are instructed not only as to what time to arrive but even which of three unloading bays to use. This sort of precision encourages drivers to make every effort to arrive on time.

Isn't it a shame that Linfoods does not make the same effort to unload vehicles in a reasonable time.

Recently, I was booked to deliver at 8.30am. I consequently made sure to be there at 8.20, took my ropes and sheets off and then waited and waited and . . .

I left at 10.10am, one hour and 50 minutes later. What a shambles.
