Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Many businesses around town just didn't realise they were operating at a disadvantage. Either with an overly-large van running around half-empty. Or, little better, a small carderived van with both limited and hard-to-get-at loadspace.

Fitting smartly in between comes the Luton-built Bedford Rascal. It gives the maximum loadspace for the minimum street space.
