NEW workshops at Purley Way Croydon, have been opened kr Voith Engineering Ltd for ser vice, repair, storage and spare: facilities for Voith transmission: — in particular for the Diwa D85' and D854 automatic bus trans missions which serve as a gear box and retarder combined.
Since their introduction if 1976, some 1,200 of the three speed D851s are now in servicE with undertakings throughou the country.
The new workshops include E special training room in whicF customers, engineers a n( mechanics are given instructior in servicing, maintenance an repair.
