AFrom the legal aspect there is neither
obligation nor restriction on displaying the name and address of an operator on a commercial vehicle unless he is concerned in the sale of certain foodstuffs.
From a commercial aspect, however, it would usually be by mutual agreement between provider and user as to what livery should appear on the vehicle when being hired under contract.
