Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

r'r HE outstanding feature of a new Aero style electrostatic powder spray equipment, a patented Powderstat hopper, meters the powder at controlled rates of flow from 1 lb./hr. to 100 lb./hr. according to requirements while the spray gun is fitted with a nozzle that gives infinite spray adjustment. Powder is cleared from the tube completely before the air is cut off and this obviates blocking of the feed tubes between the hopper and the gun.

Supplied as part of the equipment, a new Collect-a-Stat spray booth provides for the collection of any powder particles that overshoot the electrostatic field, which can therefore be used again.
