Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FIRST Post Office mini-bus in Britain will run experimentally from Llangurig to Llanidloes, Montgomeryshire, starting at 12.15 p.m. on February 20. The journey is about five miles and is expected to take about 15 minutes allowing for stops to pick up passengers. The return journey from Llanidloes will start at 4.15 p.m. The mint-bus will operate Monday to Friday; on Saturdays public transport is available.

Fares are Is. Sd. single or 2s. 11d, return for adults, with half fares for children aged 5-14 and free transport for younger children provided that they sit on the lap of a passenger.

The vehicle is a Morris 15 cwt. which seats seven passengers and is appropriately coloured Post Office red. It has been specially adapted to ensure the security of the mail which will be carried.
