Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AFTER TWO joint sittings of the Metropolitan and South Eastern Traffic Commissioners (COMMERCIAL MOTOR December 30 and January 20) an express service licence from Reading station to London Airport has been granted to the Thames Valley Traction Co. Ltd. C. H. Rickards (Tours) Ltd also applied for a similar licence which has been refused.

The new licence will enable passengers travelling from the West Country and South Wales to join a coach to London Airport and replaces a similar service presently operated by Rickards from Slough.
