THE necessity of an international con. vention regulating the relations between carriers and users was agreed upon by a working party of road transport legal experts after a week of discus' sion, in Geneva, under the auspices' of
• the United Nations Economic Ccimmission for Europe.
New contracts for the international transport of goods by rail and 'road
• , should be worded as similarly as possible, it Was agreed. The working party's efforts were regarded as the first step towards the establishment of a Combined uniform transport contract. Regulations on the transport of dangerous goods by road should be made, it is considered, and an ad hoc group of experts will meet in June to examine .this problem.
