Forte Lubricants claims that in recent tests its Diesel Fuel Conditioner reduced diesel smoke emissions by 50%. Dirty engines can be cleaned up by using neat product to dissolve deposits from the injectors restoring their efficiency and reducing smoke, says Forte.
To prevent further build up the company advises that the product is added to diesel fuel at a concentration of 0.25%. The product is also said to prevent waxing and costs £4.35 ex VAT for a 375m1 can.
