belonging to TK Longthome of Skipton, North Yorkshire, which was stolen from the town's industrial site in the early hours of 1 December.

The vehicle is Wregistered and freshlypainted in Tilcon Construction's livery of light blue and dark red. It was last seen shortly before midnight. The registration is RUG 555W and its engine number is 6LXC 222655: other features include Foden rubber suspension, a Gardner engine and new tyres.

Owner Thomas Longthome says the truck, which has a Weightlifter body, is worth between 10,000 and £12,000: he is offering a 21,000 reward for its return or information leading to a conviction.

The incident follows the spate of lorry thefts in the Skipton area during the past six months, including an Albion Reiver belonging to Eric Britain of Silsden, near Keighley, and a Dodge truck owned by John Dill of Bolton Abbey, North Yorkshire.
