man by driving recklessly on the A75 Euro route in Scotland, a jury at Kirkcudbright Sheriff Court found last week.
Andrew Watkin, 45, of Irthingborough, Northants, claimed he had a coughing fit before his vehicle was involved in a collision. Watkin, who denied causing the death of Rory McGhie, of Kirkcolm, near Stranraer by driving recklessly will be sentenced on 22 December.
