• A new company, Lancer Boss Rentals, has been formed within the Lancer Boss Group to offer a fork-lift truck hire service to industry throughout the UK.
The hire service is being operated from the recently established nationwide network of Lancer Boss depots.
Trucks available on casual hire cover Boss Mk III models of 4000 to 10,000lb load capacity, either diesel or LPG powered. and diesel-powered Lancer side-loaders spanning a similar capacity range.
Under contract hire arrangements, Boss front-lift trucks of 4000 to 82,000lb capacity and Lancer side-loaders of 3500 to 100.000lb capacity are available — including trucks capable of lifting, transporting, stacking and loading up to 40ft, 30-ton containers.
