• The Bristol Omnibus Company has introduced shoppers special buses between Portishead and Bristol, The specials will enable families to avoid Christmas car parking problems in Bristol if they leave the car at home and go shopping by bus.
The specials are running into Bristol each Saturday until Christmas and pick up passengers at all stops in Portishead and then travel non-stop to Ashton Road and the bus and coach station at Marlborough Street.
