THE Minister of Transport has at present no proposals about co-ordination between British Road Services and British Railways which would require legislation.
He made this clear in the Commons last week when he was asked by Mr. Peter Bessell (Liberal, Bodmin) to introduce legislation to regulate the competition between the two services.
Mr. Fraser pointed out that he was considering the best ways of achieving co-ordination between BRS and BR.
