• National Express has launched another joint-venture company.
Yorkshire' Voyager Travel will take over the National Express commitment previously run by the West Yorkshire companies.
YVT has taken 23 coaches from West Yorkshire, including 10 double-deck "rapide" coaches. Operations are currently based on the WY Bradford depot, but will move to a depot in Leeds, last used by Airebus, when the site is ready.
Managing director John Havelot and engineering director Roger Evans were formed: with National Welsh and the third director, Geoff Walmsley comes from National Express. The three share the equity with National Express.
