Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Kentish Bus is changing its route numbers back to the 400-series inherited from London Country and London Transport, following feedback from staff and its recent customer conferences.

There is no county-wide number series in Kent, because Maidstone & District and East Kent had a Common series, and London Country had its own distinct numbers.

More recently, however, Kentish Bus had started to create its own series.
