Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

regarding the exemption of transporting agricultural produce, we were wondering if your answer is also applicable to furniture removal and storage. If not, please could you let us have the information regarding furniture removal and storage?

A Paragraph 10 part II of the Driver's flours (Goods Vehicles) (Exemptions) Regulations 1972 refers to exemption from certain requirements in relation to the working hours of drivers engaged in furniture removal and the carriage of shop fittings.

This part of the Regulations refers to special needs. which, in paragraph 10. column 2, are defined as "work done Wholly or mainly in connection with furniture removal (that is to say the carriage of household furniture and effects from one private residence to another or to and from a place where such furniture and effects are to be or have been put into store) or with the carriage of shopfittings to or from shops-.

A driver engaged in the duties outlined is -exempted from the requirements of Section 96(3) of the Transport Act in respect of any working day during which the time spent by him on duty is spent wholly or mainly in meeting a special need subject to the condition that the working day does not exceed 14 hours".
