Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Two orders, worth a total of about £110,000, have been won by the Envec Group — Yorkshire Vehicles Ltd, of Leeds; Eagle Engineering Co Ltd, of Warwick; and Dennis Brothers Ltd, of Guildford — to supply a new type of fire appliance to the Middle East.

This appliance, known as the Firebird, has been developed by the Envec Group, and because of its large water capacity is specially suitable for operation in countries where water is scarce.

Basically designed by Yorkshire Vehicles and manufactured at the Group's factory in Leeds, the Firebird includes the Dennis fire pump, which has the facility of using dirty water with greatly reduced corrosion risk.

The two contracts involve a total of 10 appliances, half of which left Leeds on July 29 for the Middle East and the remainder follows in August. They are being supplied down to the last item, including 30 pairs of firemen's boots, 30 helmets, fire extinguishers and foam dispensers.
