Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• An export order for a Snorkel fire unit has recently been completed for the Dubai Municipality in the Arabian Gulf by ERF.

Powered by a Rolls-Royce 1381 petrol engine, the unit is based on an ERF chassis and bodywork fitted with a Simon Snorkel hydraulic platform. The Snorkel cage can reach a height of 85ft and extend more than 40ft over roofs of adjacent buildings. The appliance can rescue five or six people at a time and in addition discharge 500 gallons of water per minute on to the fire.

Similar appliances are already in service in the Arabian Gulf area at Kuwait, Bahrain and Riyadh and another vehicle is shortly to be supplied to Abu Dhbai.
