Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Tours Ltd., Leeds, Mr. Geoffrey Steel, was a member of the working party which met at the Guildhall, York, last week to agree a form of constitution for the new Yorkshire tourist organization to bc set up. He deputized for Mr. Malcolm Barr, who had a prior engagement in London.

The new Yorkshire tourist organization will be the first body of its kind in Britain to be established as a result of the ser:es of area tourist conferences, staged dur:ng the past year by the B.T.H.A. Main aim of the new body will be to attract holiday and business visitors to Yorkshire.

The draft constitution now goes back to interested local authorities and other bodies, and it is expected that a further meeting will be held in York in July. A chairman is still to be appointed, and an official name given to the new organization.
